Join Our Team as a Part-Time RN in the Regional Float Pool!
Are you ready to make a difference in the lives of patients across the St. Louis region? At Mercy, we’re looking for a passionate Registered Nurse to join our Regional Float Pool . This part-time position offers the flexibility to work night shifts while providing individualized care to adult and geriatric patients in various units.

Location: Mercy South and Surrounding Communities
Status: Part Time (24 hours per week)
Shift: Nights
Incentives- Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 - No Contract
- Shift Differentials: Earn an additional $2.75 for evenings, $4.60 for nights, and $1.50 for weekends.
- Stay Premium Program: After 2 years with Mercy, earn up to $8/hour based on your service.

- Education Assistance: Up to $2,000 per year for tuition reimbursement and up to $16,000 for ASN to BSN programs.

As a Registered Nurse in our Float Pool, you will:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care.
- Float to various units, including Medical/Surgical, Telemetry, ICU, and more!
- Collaborate with diverse care teams to enhance patient outcomes.
- Education: Graduate of an accredited nursing program (BSN preferred).
- Licensure: Current RN license in the hiring state.
- Experience:
- 1 year of recent bedside RN experience for Med/Surg.
- 2 years of recent bedside RN experience for specialties like ED and ICU.
- Certifications: BLS required; additional certifications may be needed based on the unit.
Be prepared to stand, walk, and lift patients as part of your daily duties. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to handle up to 50 pounds.
