RNFA (Registered Nurse First Assistant) to provide advanced perioperative nursing care within the surgical team.
Key Responsibilities- Perform pre-operative assessments and assist with readiness for surgery.
- Provide first assist during intraoperative procedures in collaboration with surgeons and anesthesia.
- Conduct post-operative evaluation to support patient recovery and identify care needs.

- RNFA expertise with strong perioperative nursing knowledge.

- Proficiency in sterile practices and perioperative workflow.
