Lead clinical operations for palliative care patients by ensuring safe, compassionate, evidence-based care. Supervise and mentor registered nurses and support staff, coordinating interdisciplinary care plans and optimizing symptom management.
- Oversee day-to-day palliative care unit operations, quality outcomes, and patient safety
- Collaborate with physicians, social workers, and chaplains to support patients and families
- Manage staffing and ensure appropriate coverage while supporting staff development
- Monitor performance for quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
- Advance holistic, patient-centered care and uphold organizational mission
- Experienced RN with leadership/management capability
- Strong knowledge of palliative care practices and symptom management
- Demonstrated skills in supervision, mentoring, and interdisciplinary coordination
- Commitment to compassionate communication with patients and families
- Ability to manage compliance, safety, and quality improvement
