Youth Advocate Programs, Inc. in Merrimack County is seeking a part‑time Administrative Manager who is highly organized and detail‑oriented to join our team. As an Administrative Manager you will be responsible for day‑to‑day administrative functions for our program office.

Summary of the Position:
Administrative Manager provides office support for all aspects of the Merrimack County Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the office receptionist, prepares weekly paperwork, and payroll processing. Also, maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
Pay Rate: $20.00
Availability:
Flexible Schedule, about 10-20 hours per week.

Responsibilities- Individual must be able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment and maintain a professional manner with staff, families, and other service providers.
- Should be organized, pay attention to detail, have good time management skills, and be computer literate (Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Word Processing and Spreadsheet Software) - Should have the ability to work well with others, be friendly and have an outgoing personality.
- Minimum High School Diploma or GED is required. Associates degree is highly preferred.
- Proficient Computer knowledge is necessary, specific skills will be evaluated upon interview.
- Knowledge and experience using database type software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven experience in an administrative role.
- Some understanding of insurance, and third‑party billing is helpful.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi‑task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
- Position requires reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current auto insurance coverage.
- Bilingual/Spanish Speaking is a plus.
- Flexible schedule, some evenings and weekends may be required.
