Our client is a well-established service and installation provider in the building solutions industry, and they want you to join their team as an Office Coordinator
.
Your day-to-day as an Office Coordinator:
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Manage payroll, including certified payroll when required
- Answer phones and provide front-office support
- Assist office staff and support basic HR functions
- Scan and organize documents while maintaining customer portals
Your skills and experience:
- Experience in AP and AR as well as payroll
- Strong phone and communication skills
- Proficiency in Excel
- Ability to support general administrative and office tasks
