Are you passionate about building meaningful relationships and delivering exceptional service? At Gallagher, we’re looking for a Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in Concord, New Hampshire. In this role, you’ll manage a diverse book of personal lines accounts, helping clients navigate challenges ranging from straightforward to moderately complex. This is a hybrid role with 4 days a week in office and 1 day remote.

As part of our team, you’ll collaborate with colleagues who share your commitment to excellence, continuous improvement, and client success. Together, we’ll demonstrate the value Gallagher brings to every client interaction.

In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for your clients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism. You’ll manage a portfolio of personal lines accounts, providing tailored solutions and proactive support. By fostering strong relationships, you’ll help clients feel confident and secure in their coverage decisions.

• Delivering personalized service to a variety of clients.

Required:

Bachelor's degree with 3+ years client service and/or claims management experience – OR – High School degree/GED with 8+ years client service and/or claims management experience. Producer’s License. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Appropriate licensing as required.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
