Construction Field Superintendent – Commercial Construction

These positions are full‑time salaried positions. Our projects are located mainly in the Vermont and New Hampshire area.
This position is responsible for the overall on‑site management of our large commercial construction projects. You will meet project schedule deadlines, ensure project quality standards are met, effectively communicate with everyone on the site, and lead and mentor the field staff. The typical schedule is Monday – Friday 7 am – 3:30 pm.

- Solid understanding of the construction process
- Knowledge of construction materials and systems
- Effective staffing management and productivity management
- Experience managing large commercial construction projects
- Experience in project costs and finances
- Solid understanding of technology, including computers, mobile devices, and construction software
