Concord Coach Lines is seeking a part-time, year-round ticket agent / customer service representative for our Concord NH location (Exit 14 on I-93). Primary duties include providing excellent customer service to travelers, handling tickets, and assisting passengers in person or by phone while maintaining a clean, welcoming terminal. Shifts vary 3–4 days per week for 20–25 hours, with hours from 4:30 a.m.
to 8:00 p.m. Weekend and holiday availability is required.
