• Lead design efforts on complex projects from concept through construction
• Guide teams in developing clear, compelling design solutions that balance creativity, constructability, and client vision
• Research and develop sustainable options for projects
• Produce and oversee high-quality construction documents, ensuring accuracy and detail
• Coordinate daily with engineers, consultants, and contractors to drive fully integrated designs
• Engage with clients directly, listening and translating needs into built reality
• Conduct site visits, review submittals, and provide construction administration leadership
• Mentor junior staff, fostering both design talent and professional growth
• Contribute to firm-wide design standards, sustainability practices, and innovation initiatives

• 8+ years of architectural experience across commercial, institutional, and industrial projects
• Registered Architect (RA) required; AIA membership encouraged
• Bachelors of Architecture or Master’s degree in Architecture
• Proficiency with Revit and other industry-standard design tools
• Strong knowledge of building codes, detailing, and construction methods
• Proven ability to lead projects, manage deadlines, and communicate with clarity
• A collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead
