POSITION: Staff Physician (MD/DO)
SCHEDULE: 8 hours per month or PRN
FACILITY: NH State Prison for Men/ Concord Campus
LOCATION: Concord, NH
POSITION SUMMARY- Practices medicine promoting and providing quality medical care.
- Carries out the duties a Primary Care Physician would be expected to perform in an office setting.
- Works collegially and cooperatively with the Regional Medical Director, clinical staff and medical staff.
- Actively participate in discussions regarding the resolution of problems related to quality of care, patient safety issues and patient complaints/grievances arising at the site.
- Guaranteed hourly rate (W2 or 1099 statuses available)
- No insurance authorizations
- No patient quotas or overhead costs
- No nights or weekends
- Medical liability insurance provided with tail coverage
LICENSING:
- Current New Hampshire Medical license required at start date
- Current New Hampshire DEA required at start date
CERTIFICATION: Current CPR certification required at start date
EDUCATION: MD or DO required
