Responsibilities of the Civil Project Manager:

- The ideal candidate will be goal oriented, engaged with staff, and will effectively lead project team members to execute assignments to provide practical solutions to challenging projects.
- Business development responsibilities will include maintaining existing client relationships and networking to generate new client relationships.
- Managerial assignments include project management, supervising employees, and leading and mentoring technical staff to foster growth and build knowledge in the Civil Department.
- Technical expertise would include the development of stormwater runoff models using Hydro
CAD and site design, grading, drainage, and utility layout using AutoCAD Civil 3D in support of land development and remediation projects. Attention to detail related to preparation and review of design calculations, design plan sets, application packages, and technical specification packages. A thorough understanding of federal, state, and local regulations throughout NH, MA, and ME and the associated permitting requirements is essential to be successful in this position.
Experience with Microsoft Office products is a must. - Efficient and effective communication skills and technical writing skills are also required for this position.
- A Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering. A PE in NH, MA, and/or ME is desired.
- A minimum of 7-years of project engineer or project management experience with site-civil land development and permitting projects in accordance with applicable local and state regulations in NH, MA, and/or ME.
- The desired candidate has extensive experience in the preparation of full design plan sets and permit application packages for commercial, industrial, and federal projects in NH, MA, and/or ME.
