Loan Operations QC Specialist

The Merrimack is seeking a talented and experiencedLoan Operations QC Specialistto join our team based out of Concord, NH. The successful applicant will have strong attention-to-detail and the ability to communicate effectively while completing tasks efficiently in a changing environment. The incumbent provides support services as the Loan Operations QC Specialist for the shared services organization , New Hampshire Mutual Bancorp (NHMB) , the affiliate banks Merrimack County Savings Bank (MCSB) , Meredith Village Savings Bank (MVSB) , Savings Bank of Walpole (SBW) , and the trust customer segment of New Hampshire Trust Company (NHTrust).

Hourly wage negotiable based on level of experience

Loan Operations QC Specialist: $22.00 - $26.00

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Reviews new loans and daily maintenance to ensure adherence to established quality standards
• Ensures new loan set up and loan maintenance performed is in accordance with loan terms
• Performs review of adjustable rate loan notices to ensure interest rate adjustments are in accordance with the loan terms
• Provides timely feedback regarding issues and works diligently to ensure corrections are rectified

JOB REQUIREMENTS/DESIRED EXPERIENCE:

• Associates Degree in Business and/or Finance
• Three to five years of loan related experience
• Solid understanding of applicable regulations and investor guidelines
• Strong understanding of how loan products function within a core operating system
• Broad knowledge of loan servicing procedures
