NFI North is seeking an Assistant Program Director to provide oversight for our five bed Residential Treatment Program that specialize in providing the supported housing services to individuals transitioning from and/or awaiting admission to Glencliff Home. This program is located in Boscawen, New Hampshire.
This new program will augment our existing continuum of care in large part due to our continued growth in serving this valuable population in NH. The Agency has a progressive reputation of providing comprehensive clinical, nursing, medical, case management, vocational, educational and peer support services and life skills to adults living with Serious Mental Illness (SMI) or Serious and Persistent Mental Illness (SPMI) and/or complex medical needs.
The participants residing in these treatment facilities are seeking independent home-like living.
- Assisting the Program Director in the overall functioning and operation of the program, including administrative tasks (payroll, scheduling and petty cash), staff supervision, group/individual counseling and crisis intervention. This position has on-call responsibilities and is a member of the management team. Must be available some nights and weekends.
- Preferred Bachelor’s degree in human services (or equivalent); and five years of supervisory experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

EducationEducation:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or related field is preferred.
Experience:
Five years of supervisory experience and/or relevant training is preferred as part of the qualifications for this role.
