Behavioral Health Technician

White Birch Educational Services is a women and clinician-owned and operated agency in New Hampshire. We provide support to children through districts with school psychologists, mental health/social workers, board-certified behavior analysts, speech-language pathologists, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, and other related services.

We are looking for paraprofessionals for one of our school district partners in their high school.

A paraprofessional provides direct assistance to students with special needs in a school setting, under the guidance of a teacher. They support students with learning, behavioral, and physical needs, ensuring a positive and inclusive learning environment. This support can involve reinforcing lessons, assisting with assignments, and helping students stay on task.

• Previous experience as a Paraprofessional and an RBT certification is strongly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Compassionate and committed to students’ well-being.
