Lead or support key strategic initiatives for a hybrid role requiring 3 days a week in office (T/W/TH).

• Lead or support strategic initiatives across Enterprise, including team leadership, problem‑solving, data analysis, project management, communication, and implementation support.
• Participate in developing strategic plans for the Enterprise and key business units.
• Identify, clarify, and resolve complex issues critical to initiative success.
• Ensure alignment across initiatives to support overall strategy.
• Develop standard analytics and processes for leading strategic initiatives.
• Shape the culture and skill set of the organization.
• Other duties as assigned or requested.

• Required:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Preferred:
  Master’s Degree in Business or related field.

• Required:
  
  5 years of strategic planning or related experience in business or healthcare, and 2 years of consulting experience.
• Preferred: 6 years of experience in payer, hospital system, or care delivery industry; hospital M&A experience; influencing change in complex organizational systems.
