An outstanding, full-time position has become available at a highly reputable law firm near the Pembroke, NH area for an Associate Attorney with a background in Estate Planning. This position will work closely with churches and low-income families to provide low-cost, state-of-the-art estate services to the community. The role offers a generous base salary along with benefits including dental, PTO, and travel reimbursement.
Required experience:
- 3+ years of experience in Estate Planning legal services is a MUST
- Experience with Wills, Estates, Probates, Trusts, Power of Attorney (POA), etc. is a MUST
- Current bar admission in one of the following states (NH, VT, ME), or ability to obtain admission within one year, is a MUST
- Demonstrated passion for OR prior experience providing legal aid for lower-income families is a BIG PLUS
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school is a MUST
