Experienced Real Estate Paralegal

Position Overview

Orr & Reno, P.A. seeks a highly skilled, motivated, experienced real estate paralegal with a minimum of five to seven years of experience handling commercial real estate transactions.

• Conduct title searches and issue title insurance
• Draft commercial real estate documents
• Review due diligence materials
• Research zoning and land use matters
• Manage and coordinate commercial real estate closings

• Five to seven years of experience in commercial real estate transaction support
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (oral and written)
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities
• Excellent research and computer skills
• Superior attention to detail and organizational skills
• Solid multi‑tasking capabilities
