Robert Half Legal Permanent Placement is seeking a driven and dedicated Attorney to join a dynamic law firm in Concord, New Hampshire. This role involves working across various legal areas, including personal injury, family law, estate planning, and business law, while managing a diverse caseload. Responsibilities:

- Represent clients in legal proceedings, negotiations, and court appearances across multiple practice areas.

- Conduct thorough legal research and draft motions, briefs, and other essential legal documents.

- Manage discovery processes, including document review and preparation.

- Provide legal advice and guidance concerning estate planning, business law matters, and personal injury cases.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored legal strategies.

- Handle commercial real estate transactions and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.

- Maintain a high level of client communication throughout all stages of representation.

- Participate in continuing legal education (CLE) opportunities to stay updated on industry trends.

- Contribute to firm-wide initiatives and support team growth.

- Pursue ongoing development opportunities while balancing work-life commitments.

Requirements

- Active attorney license in New Hampshire.

- Strong skills in drafting motions, briefs, and other legal documents.

- Proven experience with discovery processes and conducting legal research.

- Familiarity with personal injury, family law, estate planning, and business law.

- Ability to handle commercial real estate transactions effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication abilities.

- Mid-level experience preferred, though all candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply.

- Commitment to maintaining high ethical standards and attention.
