Concord Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a population-specific patient group in a safe, therapeutic environment. The RN will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, follow standards and policies, and may supervise Nursing Assistants.
Qualified applicants will have an NH RN license and BLS certification; BSN is preferred. Reports to the Director/Nurse Manager and participates in care coordination and family teaching.
