We are seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-store vaccination services. The RN will administer a variety of vaccines, including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations, while providing safe, professional, and patient-centered care. PPE will be provided. This is an excellent opportunity for an RN who is comfortable working directly with patients and enjoys providing preventive healthcare in a community-based setting.
Responsibilities- Administer vaccines including flu, COVID-19, MMR, and other immunizations.
- Perform medication administration and follow established clinical protocols.
- Provide safe, high-quality patient care.
- Professionally interact with patients, caregivers, healthcare professionals, and colleagues.
- Educate patients regarding vaccinations and answer questions appropriately.
- Maintain accurate patient and clinical documentation.
- Follow all applicable safety, infection-control, and vaccination procedures.
- Adapt to changing patient volumes and priorities in a dynamic healthcare environment.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to support positive patient outcomes.
- Contribute to a professional, caring, and team-oriented environment.
- Maintain flexibility with work hours and assignments as needed.
- Active, full, and unrestricted RN license in the state where you will be working.
- At least 1 year of related nursing experience.
- Previous experience administering immunizations/vaccines required.
- BLS certification required.
- Strong medication administration and clinical skills.
- Ability and willingness to administer vaccines to patients.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to patient safety and quality of care.
- Comfortable working in a patient-facing, retail healthcare environment.
- Must not be listed on the DEA Excluded Parties List.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
