American Traveler is hiring a Med/Surg Tele RN for a Nursing Float Pool position requiring active NH or compact RN license and 1-2 years of Med/Surg experience.

• Nursing Float Pool unit within a hospital setting
• Med/Surg and Telemetry patient population
• 12-hour night shifts, 4 shifts per week
• May be required to float to nearby facilities on an emergency basis
• No on-call responsibilities

• Active NH or Compact RN license required at time of consideration
• 1-2 years minimum Med/Surg experience required
• Critical Care RN experience considered if fluent with Med/Surg ratios and acuity
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• Current driver's license with address matching demographics required
• NURSYS report for license verification required
• RTO must be submitted at time of consideration
• 3 professional references required once committed, including 2 from leadership

• Provide Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing care within a float pool structure
• Weekly orientation provided
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at a local rate
• Former permanent staff may return as a traveler after a 12-month break in service
