American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a 12-hour night shift assignment requiring active NH or compact RN licensure and 2-3 years of ICU experience.

• ICU setting in a hospital environment
• 12-hour night shift schedule, 4 shifts per week
• 48-hour weekly guaranteed hours
• No on-call requirements
• Floating required to ED, Stepdown, and Med Surg with modified assignment, and possibly Behavioral Health
• May be requested to float to affiliated facilities in Laconia or Franklin, NH
• Utilizes equipment including balloon pumps, CRRT, Impella, ICP monitoring, Arctic Sun/TTM management, Alaris pumps, and rapid infusers

• Active NH or compact RN license required at time of consideration
• 2-3 years of ICU experience required; candidates closer to 2 years must demonstrate strong, independent, fast-paced skills across varied care settings
• CVICU experience preferred
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• RN Skills Checklist matching specialty required
• Driver's license with address matching demographics required

• Provide direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU setting using advanced monitoring and life-support equipment
• Holiday coverage required
• Weekly orientation schedule
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Former permanent staff may return as travelers after a 12-month break in service
• 3 professional references required once committed, including 2 from leadership
