Travel Registered Nurse PCU

Registered Nurse, PCU specialty, Concord, New Hampshire. This is a travel - temporary assignment starting 11/09/2026 for 13 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Weekly pay ranges from $2,222 to $2,281. Shift is 12-hour nights on a 12x3 schedule. The assignment is in a hospital setting with responsibilities focused on progressive care/step-down patients and related telemetry and monitoring needs.

• Setting: travel RN assignment in a hospital environment

• Provide direct nursing care for PCU/Stepdown patients, including monitoring vitals, assessing needs, and prioritizing care plans
• Administer medications, IV therapies, and ongoing treatments per physician orders and protocols
• Monitor telemetry, manage oxygen therapy, and respond to evolving patient conditions promptly
• Document care in the EMR, ensure accurate handoffs, and maintain thorough charting for continuity of care
• Collaborate with physicians, unit leadership, and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Promote patient safety, frailty assessment, fall prevention, and family education as appropriate

• Active RN license (NH or Compact) at time of submission
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Nursys license verification with all active RN licenses
• 2+ years of experience in PCU/Stepdown or equivalent
• EMR experience;
  Cerner experience preferred
• Ability to float to related units within the assignment as needed

• Credentialing and license verification assistance
• EMR orientation and training as needed
• Ongoing recruiter and clinical support throughout the assignment
