Travel RN - Operating Room

American Traveler is hiring an experienced Operating Room RN with a minimum of 2 years of acute care OR experience across multiple surgical specialties for a 10-hour day shift position.

• Active NH or Compact RN license required and in hand at time of consideration (temporary licenses not accepted)
• Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
• PALS certification preferred
• Minimum 2 years of OR acute care experience required across multiple surgical specialties
• Cerner EMR experience preferred but not required
• Charge/Manager RN skills checklist matching specialty required
• Valid driver's license with address matching demographics required

• Operating Room setting circulating all surgical specialties including Ortho, Urology, Vascular, General, Trauma, ENT, OB/GYN, Plastics, Podiatry, GI, Ortho-Spine, Neuro, Thoracic, and Robotics
• 10-hour day shift schedule from 7a-530p
• Call coverage required 1-2 shifts per month, consisting of a 12-hour call shift on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday
• Floating required only within the OR department, not to other departments
• May be requested to float to affiliated facilities in Laconia or Franklin
• Circulate all surgical specialties within the OR
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• High energy, self-sufficient candidates preferred who require minimal orientation
• Weekly orientation provided
• First-time travelers will not be considered
• Accepts local candidates within a 50-mile radius at the local rate
• Returning perm staff may apply as travelers after a 12-month break in service
• 3 professional references required once committed, including 2 from leadership
• RTO must be included at time of consideration
