Lynch Landscaping is hiring a full-time Lawn Care & Pest Control Technician to join our award-winning team in Central Maine. You'll help protect and restore residential lawns with professional applications of fertilizers, weed control, and pesticides for ticks, mosquitoes, and more. Whether you already hold your pesticide licenses or are ready to earn them, this is your chance to grow with one of the most respected landscaping companies in the region.

Lynch Landscaping started 15 years ago with two teens and a few lawns. Today, we’re a leading landscaping company with 25+ employees and a fleet of custom-built spray trucks serving all of Central Maine. We take pride in our work, our people, and the environment.

• Pay: $17 $ 22/hour + overtime (time and a half after 40 hrs/week)

• Start your day between 5:306:00 AM; work typically ends between 35 PM
• Treat up to 15 residential lawns/day using custom spray trucks & backpack sprayers
• Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and insecticides for turf and ornamental care
• Walk up to 7+ miles per day get paid to stay active!
• Operate safely and accurately to ensure consistent, high-quality lawn results
• Support the pest control division with treatments for rodents, ants, mosquitoes, termites, and more

Must hold a valid driver's license

• Licensed in Core Pesticide application (required)
• Bonus if licensed in:
  Turf, Vegetative Management, Flying & Biting, Right of Way, Structural, or Ornamentals
• Able to work outdoors in various weather and lift up to 50 lbs
• Must be tobacco, nicotine, drug, and alcohol free for 12 hours per day
• Positive attitude, team-oriented, and eager to learn

• Vegetative Management: $500
• Right of Way: $500
• Flying & Biting: $500
• Structural: $500
• Turf: $1,000
• Ornamentals: $1,000
• 50% paid after 1 month, 50% after 3 months of employment
