Real Estate Agent – Hvizda Realty Group

Base pay range: $80,000.00/yr - $/yr.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect, nurture, and follow up for a minimum of 15 hours per week to generate consistent opportunities.
  • Hold weekly open houses to build pipeline, expand database, and create market presence.
  • Consult with buyers, secure signed buyer agreements, and guide them in identifying the right homes.
  • Negotiate offers and manage the contract‑to‑close process on behalf of both buyers and sellers.
  • Track tasks, conversations, and activities to improve performance.
  • Convert lead generation activities into qualified appointments using team systems and scripts.
  • Participate in weekly skills practice (scripts, role‑play, scenarios, objection handling).
  • Engage in team meetings, trainings, and activities to stay aligned, informed, and connected.
Qualifications

You’re an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive edge. You build trust quickly, listen deeply, and match people with solutions that move them forward. Prospecting and lead generation are your strengths. You handle objections confidently and communicate clearly and professionally. Most importantly, you’re committed to service and to being part of a supportive, high‑performing team.

Required Qualifications
  • Licensed real estate professional (NH or willing to obtain quickly).
  • 3+ years of real estate sales experience preferred (open to exceptional newer agents).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prospect, follow up, and convert.
  • Organized, dependable, and proactive.
  • Growth‑minded and willing to be coached.
  • Willingness to learn scripts, dialogues, and our conversion systems.
  • Excellent time management and self‑accountability.
