Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $30.00/hr

• Serve as the front‑line engage of the restaurant, greeting guests within 30 seconds.
• Know all menu items and ingredients to answer any guest questions, including allergy information and availability.
• Provide polished service at the guest’s pace, maintaining eye contact and presence throughout the section.
• Engage enthusiastically and personally at tables to create a pleasurable dining experience.
• Help wherever necessary: answering the phone, seating guests, refilling/pre‑bus other servers’ tables, running food, and completing side work.
• Perform any tasks delegated by management.
• Approach each table with enthusiasm and explain the concept for food and service.
• Complete opening and closing side work, including setup and breakdown of the dining room daily.
• Work as a team to complete running side work: running food/beverage, resetting tables, and restocking wait stations.

• Knowledge of all menu items and ingredients.
• Enthusiastic, engaging, and personable communication skills.
• Team player willing to assist with phone, seating, and side work duties.
• Ability to perform opening/closing and running side work efficiently.
• Willingness to perform any tasks delegated by management.
