Cook at Applebee's Neighborhood Grill + Bar

We are hiring a Cook to prepare delicious menu items for our guests at our Neighborhood Grill + Bar location in Concord, NH.

Flynn Group, the world’s largest Applebee’s franchisee, operates over 460 Applebee’s restaurants across 24 states. As a Cook, you will be part of a team committed to delivering high‑quality food and excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment.

• Prepare and cook menu items to the brand’s standards and quality.
• Communicate effectively with team members and dining room staff.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workstation throughout shifts.
• Assist with menu changes, inventory, and daily prep tasks as required.

• Minimum age 18 years old.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Ability to work in a hot, damp environment for up to four hours continuously.
• Physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform repetitive motions.

Must remain stationary and exert well‑paced mobility for long periods of up to four (4) hours. Must be able to safely reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds. Must speak clearly, listen attentively and use small tools and equipment. Must wear protective gloves, masks, and wash hands with disinfectant during the shift.
