The Sales Associate/Beauty Advisor will focus on creating a memorable shopping experience for our customers. You will assist with hair color, cosmetics, skin care, or nails, guiding customers through their beauty journey. Sally Beauty provides training to support your knowledge and skills. Bring your passion and personality, and we'll handle the rest!

• Build relationships and inspire loyalty.
• Recommend additional and complementary products.
• Inform customers of current promotions and events.
• Set up advertising displays and highlight sales/promotional events.
• Ensure customers are enrolled in our Loyalty program.
• Complete transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional store environment and communicate inventory issues.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• Availability to meet scheduling needs.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to understand and explain product labels.
• Ability to follow directions and perform duties as assigned.

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, occasionally on a ladder.
• May be exposed to fumes and odors.
• Long periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting are required.
• Must be able to work around moving parts and chemicals.
• Must verify identity and eligibility to work in the U.S.
