Burlington Stores, Inc. is looking for a hands‑on Stocking Associate to join our team in Concord, NH. If you thrive in a fast‑paced, process‑driven environment and enjoy working with a team, this could be the role for you.

Stocking Associates are critical to keeping our stores fully stocked and presenting merchandise customers want. Daily tasks include receiving, ticketing, sorting, and moving merchandise into and throughout the store quickly, efficiently, and accurately.

• Receive freight and convey shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to backroom
• Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise
• Stock, organize and present new merchandise on the sales floor
• Perform other tasks assigned by the manager as needed

Base Pay: $14.00 per hour

Part‑time associates are eligible for an associate discount, and may qualify for Burlington’s benefits package—medical coverage and a 401(k) plan—based on hours worked. Part‑time associates may also earn up to 4 hours of paid time off annually after one year of service, up to 8 paid holidays, and paid sick time in accordance with applicable law.
