This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Concord, NH. The Sales Associate will develop and manage customer relationships, identify and pursue sales opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include generating leads, managing key accounts, negotiating rates, and collaborating with the operations team to ensure timely transportation solutions. The role requires a proactive mindset and an ability to meet sales targets while maintaining a professional and collaborative approach.

• Sales, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Experience in customer service and account management
• Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in logistics or transportation operations is a plus
• Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented work ethic
• Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools is preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not mandatory
