Are you a hands‑on Senior Accountant with strong manufacturing and cost accounting experience? We’re partnering with a growing organization in Concord, NC looking for a detail‑driven finance professional who enjoys working closely with operations, engineering, and leadership to drive accurate costing and smart business decisions.

What You’ll Do- Collect, analyze, and summarize cost information for products, services, and projects to support pricing decisions
- Serve as the accounting representative on cross‑functional program teams; attend weekly meetings and deliver financial insights
- Prepare quotes and manage sales orders within the ERP system
- Monitor actual vs. estimated costs, analyze variances, and recommend corrective actions
- Support month‑end and year‑end close, including:
- Fixed assets
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Inventory variance analysis
- Project cost & revenue recognition
- Partner with operations and production to identify cost‑saving opportunities and process improvements
- Conduct inventory analysis and support physical inventory counts
- Contribute to continuous improvement and optimization of ERP and reporting processes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies
- Prepare ad‑hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 3+ years of accounting experience in a manufacturing environment (or manufacturing + public accounting blend)
- Advanced Excel skills and strong ERP experience
- Experience with D365 F&O and Power BI is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
- Familiarity with technical drawings, BOMs, and manufacturing processes strongly desired
- High visibility with operations and leadership
- Strong blend of accounting, costing, and business partnership
