As an Automotive Technician / Mechanic, you will:

• Utilize your skills to diagnose and repair vehicles, ensuring our guests receive top-notch service.
• Gain valuable experience working on a diverse range of domestic and foreign vehicles.
• Conduct thorough and honest courtesy vehicle inspections.
• Collaborate with a dynamic team to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively.
• Uphold our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Communicate effectively with the service department regarding guest concerns.
• Work alongside fellow technicians to solve problems, meet deadlines, and achieve outstanding results.

If you have the following qualifications, we want to hear from you:

• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to serve customers.
• 5+ years of experience as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Current ASE Certifications preferred;
  Master and L1 are a plus (or a plan to achieve them).
• NC State Inspector License preferred.
• Ability to diagnose and repair all makes and models of vehicles.
• Strong experience with both domestic and import vehicles.
• A drive to flag 40-50+ hours per week.
• Knowledge of reflashing/reprogramming processes and vehicle systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in driveability, electrical, powertrain/drivetrain systems, and other mechanical systems.
• Diesel experience is helpful but not required.
• Aptitude for learning new skills and processes.
• A professional appearance and strong communication skills.
• A desire for long-term career development.
• A valid North Carolina driver’s license.

In this role, you should be able to:

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.
• Work with tools on vehicles lifted above your head.
• Navigate tight spaces as required by vehicle repairs.
• Demonstrate dexterity to efficiently use hand tools.
• Stand or walk for the majority of your workday.
• Drive manual transmission vehicles.
• Efficiently navigate a computer.
