Litko Contracting is seeking a General Superintendent to join our southeast traveling team. The Traveling General Superintendent will work closely with area executives and multiple project teams, providing operational support to ensure successful project outcomes.

• Supervise, direct, and develop the project team, setting clear expectations and responsibilities.
• Lead the development of an overall project plan and ensure alignment with team objectives.
• Take ownership of project information, delivering status updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Validate project progress and provide recommendations to meet execution goals.
• Align manpower resources to meet project demands and execution targets.
• Ensure the project team follows defined processes and that roles and responsibilities are properly executed.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by staying engaged throughout the project.
• Communicate with customer management to resolve any conflicts or issues during the project lifecycle.

• Proficiency in Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in field management for a large-scale Self-Perform General Contractor or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with self-performing concrete work is required.
• Familiarity with a variety of project types, with an emphasis on structural concrete.
• General knowledge of construction principles and practices, with experience managing projects over $1 million.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is strongly preferred.
