Lithko Contracting is seeking a Project Manager to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina! Project Managers at Lithko are responsible for developing accurate estimates, providing detailed project information to all relevant parties, and managing the administrative components for entire projects.

• Perform detailed and accurate project estimates.
• Identify and quantify all necessary concrete scope items and collaborate on developing project strategies.
• Generate customer proposals and preliminary schedules.
• Set up projects, including initial contract review, cost codes, and preliminary budgets.
• Provide correct and timely project information.
• Create preliminary project schedules.
• Organize logs for MPOs and POs to track logged items and submittals.
• Ensure organized and accurate project takeoffs.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and operational support to develop project plans.
• Communicate solutions and opportunities to the team.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs align with budgets.
• Create change orders based on customer expectations.
• Execute detailed project closeouts.
• Communicate detailed project information to all relevant parties.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years experience in project management and estimating for large-scale GC or concrete contracting.
• Self-perform concrete experience is required.
• Experience with various project types, especially commercial/industrial concrete.
• Knowledge of construction principles, especially on projects over $1 million.
• Experience with estimating, bidding, and proposals.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering.
