Construction Director

• Provide strategic leadership and direction to the overall construction programme, ensuring alignment with client project objectives, business requirements, safety standards, and schedule commitments.
• Partner with the Project Director and senior client stakeholders throughout all CPDP stages to establish and execute a successful project delivery strategy, ensuring Stage 4 execution activities are fully planned, resourced, and controlled.
• Develop and maintain the Construction Execution Strategy, Construction Management Plan, and associated governance frameworks, ensuring alignment with the Project Management Plan (PMP) and wider project delivery objectives.
• Lead construction participation during design development, ensuring constructability, operability, maintainability, safety, logistics, and commissioning requirements are incorporated into the project design.

• Proven Construction Management experience delivering large-scale pharmaceutical, biotech, or highly regulated industrial projects, preferablygreenfield facilities.
• Extensive experience in construction management and project delivery, with significant experience leading large-scale life sciences, pharmaceutical, biotech, or advanced manufacturing projects.
• Proven experience as a Construction Director, Senior Construction Manager, Project Director, or equivalent leadership role on projects exceeding $500M+ in value.
• Extensive pharmaceutical or GMP facility experience, including clean rooms, laboratories, manufacturing areas, utilities, and regulated environments.
