You will locate debtors, inquire about payment status, discuss options, and record outcomes with detailed notes in our system. You will process payments securely over the phone and maintain account accuracy while delivering courteous service.
We value teamwork, a positive attitude, and clear communication. Training is provided; collections experience is preferred but not required, with Mon–Fri 8am–8pm
