Northeast Digestive is offering an exceptional full-time opportunity for BC/BE gastroenterologist to join a well-established private gastroenterology group currently comprised of 12 physicians and 9 physician assistants. The practice has 3 office locations. Two in Concord, NC both with clinic and endoscopy areas, operating 3 fully owned and accredited Endoscopy rooms. Our third location is in Salisbury, NC with clinic and joint venture Endoscopy center with 2 accredited Endoscopy rooms.

The group has a hospitalist style call coverage schedule consisting of 1 week of call coverage every 11 weeks supported with 1 Physician Assistant at a nearby 454‑bed tertiary care hospital.

The practice has a progressive clinical and management philosophy and offers a full complement of GI services including capsule imaging, infusion, and pathology. The practice is fully computerized having implemented an EMR system 15 years ago.

Varies, Typically Monday-Thursday 7:30am-5:00pm and Friday 8:00am-2:00pm

PM Call – 1 night a week

Call Week – once every 11th week

• Conveniently located close to Lake Norman just outside of Charlotte, beaches on the east coast and the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains to the west
• About 2 hours from Raleigh, Durham, Asheville, and Boone in North Carolina; less than 4 hours from Atlanta, GA, Wilmington, NC, and Charleston, SC
• Seasonal weather all year; mild to hot summers, mild to moderately cold winters. Occasional periods of snow.
