Psychiatrist With Child/Adolescent Experience - Crisis Services
Monarch is seeking a Psychiatrist with child and adolescent experience to join the brand-new Stephen M. Morris Behavioral Health Center, opening June 2026 in Concord, NC (Cabarrus County, just north of Charlotte).
About the Facility- State‑of‑the‑art, 60,000 sq. ft. facility
- 24‑bed Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility (PRTF)
- 16‑bed Facility‑Based Crisis (FBC) program
- Behavioral Health Urgent Care for children/adolescents and adults
- 24‑hour Tier 4 with 72 patient capacity
- Onsite pharmacy and learning kitchen
- Full‑time or Part‑time options
- 20 hours/week with PRTF and 20 hours/week with FBC
- Preferred onsite during launch; hybrid once established
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment for children and adolescents in crisis scenarios.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Maintain documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Participate in program development and quality improvement initiatives.
- Board Eligible/Board Certified Psychiatrist
- Experience treating children/adolescents required
- Strong communication and collaboration skills

- Additional training in Addiction Medicine
- Competitive salary $62,500‑$250,000 (based on experience)
