Automation Engineer

Seeking an experienced Automation Engineer to support and maintain control systems for Fill/Finish and Formulation processes in a regulated pharma environment. The role focuses on Rockwell PLCs, HMIs, and GMP-compliant automation systems.
Key Responsibilities- Program, troubleshoot, and maintain Rockwell and Factory Talk/View HMIs.
- Support production and utilities automation for filling, capping, and formulation equipment.
- Lead or assist in system upgrades, troubleshooting, and root cause investigations.
- Develop and maintain FDS/SDS documentation and execute IQ/OQ/PQ validation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, 21 CFR Part 11, and data integrity standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Manufacturing, QA, Validation) to resolve automation issues.
- Bachelor’s in Electrical, Automation, or related engineering discipline.
- Automation experience in the pharma or biotech industry.
- Strong experience with Rockwell Automation (Control Logix, Factory Talk, Panel View).
- Hands‑on experience with Fill/Finish and Formulation systems.
- Working knowledge of GMP, GAMP 5, and automation validation.
