Job Title: Tulip MES Consultant

Location: Concord, NC

We are seeking an experienced Tulip MES Consultant to support the development, deployment, and day‑to‑day execution of Tulip MES applications at a manufacturing site. This is a hands‑on role focused on building, supporting, and optimizing MES solutions used directly on the shop floor.

The consultant will collaborate closely with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and MES teams to configure workflows, enable real‑time data capture, troubleshoot issues, and enhance existing Tulip applications. The role requires independence, strong on‑site presence, and direct engagement with operators and end users in a production environment.

• Design, develop, configure, and support Tulip MES applications for shop‑floor execution
• Configure MES workflows to support manufacturing operations and production tracking
• Enable and manage real‑time data capture from manufacturing processes
• Troubleshoot, maintain, and enhance live Tulip MES applications
• Work directly with operators and end users to support execution and adoption
• Collaborate with manufacturing, engineering, operations, and MES teams to optimize solutions
• Provide hands‑on, on‑site support in a fast‑paced production environment

• Hands‑on experience with Tulip MES development and configuration
• Experience supporting manufacturing or production environments
• Strong knowledge of shop‑floor execution and operator‑facing applications
• Experience with MES workflows, data capture, and production tracking
• Ability to troubleshoot and enhance live MES applications
• Strong communication skills with manufacturing and operations teams
• Comfortable working 100% onsite in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment
