Part-Time Leasing Consultant

Bexley Village at Concord Mills – Concord, NC

Hourly starting at $17/hour with quarterly bonuses. Benefits include rent discount, paid holidays, birthday time off, PTO, health, dental and vision insurance, Employee Assistance Program, and 401(k).

20 hours per week. Work Saturdays in rotation and flexible weekday hours 9 am‑6 pm.

As a Leasing Consultant, you’ll be the first impression and voice of our community. Guide prospective residents through the leasing journey while building strong relationships with current residents and your team. Juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks with full training and support.

• No prior leasing experience required, but the right mindset is essential.
