What You’ll Actually Do

Rotations:
Complete approximately eight-month rotations in three key areas of finance over two years.
Exposure:
Gain experience with the unique financial challenges of Formula 1, including Cost Cap regulations and advanced engineering/manufacturing.
Analysis:
Develop analytical skills to turn financial data into actionable insights that inform strategic decisions.
Support:
Provide strategic decision support and contribute to business intelligence functions within the organization.

Accelerate professional growth and build broad finance capability within a high-performance environment.

The Must-Haves

Background:
Early-career professional or recent/upcoming MA/MS or BA/BS graduate in Accounting, Finance, Business Analytics, or a related field.
Experience:

Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including proficiency in financial modeling.
Skills:

Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilities; clear written and verbal communication; collaborative team player; adaptable to ambiguity; organized and detail-oriented.
