EssentialFunctions
- Provide outpatient psychotherapy services for children and adolescents with developmental and behavioral health needs.
- Deliver parent training programs such as Triple P and PCIT
, and support families of neurodivergent children. - Conduct developmental evaluations and collaborate on treatment planning for conditions including:
- Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD) and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD)
- Autism Spectrum Disorder
- Learning Disabilities and Developmental Delays
- Fetal Alcohol Syndrome
- Adjustment Disorders
- Anxiety Disorders
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care, including medical management of behavioral concerns.
- Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to all clinical and ethical standards.
- Engage in ongoing professional development and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related human services field from an accredited graduate program.
- Full licensure in applicable state required.
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in psychotherapy or behavioral health.
- Experience with neurodivergent populations and parent training programs strongly preferred.

Provides behavioral health services to patients. Completes psychosocial assessment and direct treatment by individual, family, and/or group psychotherapy.
