- Support events and group activities within the hotel.
- Use relevant technology and phone etiquette to provide excellent service.
- Clean and restock rooms, hallways, and public areas according to set standards.
- Participate in a team effort to keep all areas clean, well‑organized, and safe.
- Follow checklists to 100% accuracy and complete shift‑handover reports on time.
- Adhere to uniform and grooming standards and wear a nametag while smiling.
- Communicate clearly, honestly, and professionally with teammates.
- Maintain a can‑do attitude and willingness to go beyond traditional duties.
- Collaborate with team members at all levels to create a welcoming environment for guests.
Specific Duties
- Pre‑cleaning and stocking of supplies and tools on the assigned work cart.
- Cleaning and restocking the required number of guest rooms per shift.
- Executing additional cleaning projects, such as storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, or deep‑cleaning tasks as directed by a supervisor.
- Ensuring all front‑ and back‑of‑house areas remain well‑organized and clean.
- Guest Satisfaction Scores and Intent to Return.
- GM/AGM spot checks and leadership walk‑throughs.
- Checklist tracking and management performance ratings.
- Guest ratings and reviews.
- Preferred experience in hospitality or a related customer‑service field.
- Positive, can‑do attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to understand and follow established guidelines and procedures.
- Ability to perform well under stress and in high‑pressure situations.
- Effective listening, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Desire to serve all guests.
- Minimum age 18 years.
- Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliability: arrive on time, clock in/out properly, and avoid working off the clock.
- Commitment to providing sufficient notice when calling out.
- Stooping, bending at the waist, and lifting lightweight items.
- Climbing ladders, stairs, or scaffolding, and using both feet and hands.
- Balancing body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow or slippery surfaces.
- Getting on and off knees and crawling when necessary.
- Standing for extended periods and walking long distances within the hotel.
- Performing repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
- Regularly carrying housekeeping items such as linens, trash, and vacuums.
