• Collaborate with team members at all levels to create a welcoming environment for guests.

• Pre‑cleaning and stocking of supplies and tools on the assigned work cart.
• Cleaning and restocking the required number of guest rooms per shift.
• Executing additional cleaning projects, such as storage rooms, public spaces, guest laundry, or deep‑cleaning tasks as directed by a supervisor.
• Ensuring all front‑ and back‑of‑house areas remain well‑organized and clean.

• Preferred experience in hospitality or a related customer‑service field.

• Desire to serve all guests.
• Minimum age 18 years.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliability: arrive on time, clock in/out properly, and avoid working off the clock.
• Commitment to providing sufficient notice when calling out.

• Stooping, bending at the waist, and lifting lightweight items.
• Climbing ladders, stairs, or scaffolding, and using both feet and hands.
• Balancing body equilibrium to prevent falling on narrow or slippery surfaces.
• Getting on and off knees and crawling when necessary.
• Standing for extended periods and walking long distances within the hotel.
• Performing repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and fingers.
• Regularly carrying housekeeping items such as linens, trash, and vacuums.
