We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) with manufacturing industry experience to join our team and play a crucial role in aligning HR strategies with business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership, ensuring HR strategies align with business objectives.

- Drive employee engagement, retention, and performance management strategies.
- Partner with the safety team to maintain a strong health, safety, and environmental (HSE) culture.
- Support workforce development (WFD) initiatives, collaborating with production and quality teams to enhance training programs.
- Champion change management, organizational design, and HR best practices.
✅ Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience, manufacturing environment required
- PHR or SHRM certification is a plus.
✅ Skills & Competencies:
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience managing HR functions across multiple sites is a plus.
- Ability to execute HR initiatives while handling tactical responsibilities.
- A problem-solver with a results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and business needs.
