Power BI Tech Lead

We are seeking a dynamic Reporting Lead with a unique blend of functional leadership and technical expertise in Power BI to drive the unification and modernization of our reporting landscape.

• Design and develop Power BI dashboards that consolidate data from various sources including out-of-box tools, custom solutions, and vendor platforms.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs, proactively propose solutions, and deliver independently.
• Drive data standardization and governance to ensure consistency and accuracy across reports.
• Provide functional leadership to reporting teams, guiding best practices and ensuring delivery excellence.

• 8+ years in Power BI (Advanced):
  Data modeling, DAX, Power Query, custom visuals, performance optimization.
• 3+ years in Data Strategy & Governance:
  Ability to unify disparate reporting sources (out-of-box, custom, vendor).
• 8+ years in Stakeholder Engagement:
  Strong communication and business analysis skills to gather requirements and deliver insights.
• 6+ years in Functional Leadership:
  Ability to lead reporting initiatives, mentor junior analysts, and drive reporting strategy.
