IT Generalist
Loading... IT Generalist Pay: $24-30/hours DOE
Summary:
Provides full-time, hands-on technical support across the company, handling day-to-day help desk needs, equipment setup and lifecycle management, on-site troubleshooting, and IT reporting. We are looking for someone who has experience with the following:
- Sage X3
- Google Workspace
- Internal customer service/client service-focused
- Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience
- 1–2 years of experience in a help desk, IT support, or systems support role preferred
- Working knowledge of Windows and general networking/troubleshooting fundamentals; exposure to Linux a plus
- Experience with or exposure to Google platform
- Experience with or exposure to Sage X3 preferred, as the role may involve basic Sage X3 troubleshooting
- Familiarity with additional business systems such as Clic Data or Star Ship is a plus but not required
- Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset when supporting employees
- Ability to manage multiple support requests and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable moving throughout facility departments and, occasionally, standing/lifting equipment (e.g., monitors, PCs) #INDCORE
