Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for generating and ensuring all project information is correct and timely.
• Create the preliminary schedule for each project.
• Perform project setup, including initial contract review, cost codes, and the preliminary budget.
• Organize and set up logs for MPOs and POs to track all logged items and submittals.
• Manage an organized and accurate takeoff for each project.
• Collaborate with the Project Lead and other operational teams to develop a comprehensive project plan.
• Communicate important information, solutions, and opportunities to the entire team when necessary.
• Compile daily job cost reports to ensure costs and quantities align with the budget.
• Create change orders based on a clear understanding of customer expectations.
• Execute a detailed closeout of each project.

• Experience working with Microsoft programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• 5+ years of experience in project management for a large-scale Self-Perform GC or Concrete Contractor.
• Experience with structural concrete projects.
• Familiarity with a variety of project types, particularly in Commercial/Industrial.
• Knowledge of construction principles and practices, particularly for projects exceeding $1 million.
• Experience performing estimates, submitting bids, and generating proposals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Engineering is preferred but not required.
