• You will work closely with the General Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless operations during every shift.
• You will lead the team through performance and training initiatives while maintaining a standard of exceptional customer service.
• You know the business and have at least six months of experience as a manager within restaurant or retail.
• You inspire smiles, are familiar with providing exceptional customer service, and will uphold Company Core Values.
• You’re humble and ready to learn about what makes Arby’s different, and you’ll help your team and lead them to the next level.

• Minimum of six months managerial experience in a restaurant or retail setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service.
